Quick Salad Recipe – Beans & Corn

This beans and corn salad recipe is very tasty and it can be served by itself, maybe with a little bread. It is full of vitamins, minerals, protein… very healthy and very easy to make. Fully vegan recipe, try it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of beans
  • 1 can of corn kernels
  • juice from one lemon
  • parsley
  • 1 large tomato
  • red onion
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Wash and drain the canned beans and corn. Chop tomato and parsley and mix everything.

For a tropical taste you can use lime and cilantro instead of lemon and parsley.
